CTV Ottawa: Man's name goes viral after charges CTV's Catherine Lathem on the local story of a man charged with exposing himself at a park that is going international.

Ottawa Police arrested a 62-year-old man this morning, after complaints about an adult male exposing himself at Mooney’s Bay Park.

Donald Popadick has been charged with Indecent Act and Mischief.

Police say they had several complaints since mid-April about a man exposing himself.

Around 9 a.m. this morning, they were alerted to another call of someone on a pathway in the park.  Police were nearby and arrested Popadick, who will appear in court Wednesday.
