A 58 year old man died shortly before noon Friday after falling off a house roof in Ottawa's east end.
Paramedics responded to the call on Bordeau Grove in Orleans. The roofer's son and homeowner found the man face down by the side of the house.
Paramedics say he broke his neck. They attempted CPR, and rushed him to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Ministry of Labour is now leading the investigation.
