Police are trying to determine why a woman was struck and killed by an O-Train near Walkley Road in Ottawa's south end Saturday morning.
OC Transpo notified police of the incident near the Walkley Transitway station at 10:05 a.m. No determination has been made whether the death was a suicide.
Detectives were on the scene into the afternoon. A coroner is expected to provide more information on the circumstances of the woman's death, police told CTV Ottawa.
