Police are warning residents to be on the lookout for a repeat offender believed to be dangerous and possibly heading to the Ottawa area.

Clint Bittle, 30, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching parole.

Ontario provincial police say Bittle is a second-time offender, serving a 7-and-a-half-year sentence for nine counts of robbery, two counts of disguise with intent, possession of break-in instruments, theft and failing to comply with a probation order.

Bittle is described as a white male who is about five feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 208 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair, which is balding at the top and front of his head.

He also has several tattoos, including a design on his upper left arm, a devil with a gun on his upper back and a hand gun tattoo on the middle of his back. He also has a scar above his left eye.

If Bittle is spotted, members of the public are warned to be cautious and not to approach him.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately.
