Two teens killed in crash near Kingston

Two teenagers are dead following a crash north of Kingston Wednesday night and three others are in hospital.

OPP say one car was involved in the fatal crash. Police say it rolled over at around 10:45 p.m. on Rutledge Road, near the town of Sydenham.

A 16-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy died at the scene. Police have identified them as Abigail Sutherland of Kingston, and Kevin Grant of South Frontenac.

A 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Two sixteen-year-old girls, including the driver, were also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The victims’ identities have not been released.
