Two more people have been arrested in relation to the MacLaren Street death of 19-year-old Ahmad Afrah in May.

Daniel Jean-Charles, 21, and a 16-year-old boy were both arrested in Toronto this week. Both have been charged with manslaughter and aggravated assault in relation to Afrah's death.

Jean-Charles appeared in Ottawa court on Wednesday. The young offender is due to appear at a later date.

Afrah died on May 15 after he fell from a high-rise apartment on MacLaren Street, just west of Bank Street.

Four people are now in custody in relation to the homicide. Liban Gure, 29, is charged with manslaughter and aggravated assault, as is a 16-year-old girl.
