Ottawa police are searching for two male suspects wanted in connection with an alleged armed robbery at a Bank of Montreal branch in west Ottawa.
Police say both suspects entered the bank in the 1300 block of Richmond Road at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
One suspect allegedly approached one of the tellers, passing over a note that threatened he'd start shooting if he wasn't handed money. Police say the suspect apparently showed the teller the handle of his gun.
Police say both suspects fled the bank on foot, heading west along Richmond Road. They are described as black males who are approximately 20 years old and between five feet 10 inches and six feet tall.
