Two teenaged girls have been rescued after their boat capsized on a west Quebec lake late Wednesday afternoon.
The girls went missing and were feared drowned after a witness saw their boat capsize in heavy rain just before 5 p.m. The girls then disappeared beneath the water's surface.
The two were rescued a short time later after a desperate search on Lac D'Argile, near the community of Val-des-Bois, Que.
It's believed the two girls are in their late teens.
