Two armed suspects are still at large after making off with an undisclosed amount of cash from the McDonald's restaurant on Merivale Road near Meadowlands Drive Tuesday night.
The suspects entered the fast food chain just after 10 p.m. Police say one was armed with a hand gun; the other had a knife.
Police say the two suspects escaped on foot, heading southbound towards the Toys R Us store. No one was injured.
Both suspects are described as slim, black males. One of the men is about five feet six inches tall. The other is about six feet tall. Both wore dark jackets and black ski masks.
