Ottawa police are investigating after a truck driver, who was parked in an LCBO parking lot, was kidnapped along with his tractor trailer.
Police say the driver was accosted while he was parked at an LCBO store near Bank Street and Walkley Road shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
Police say the driver was allegedly restrained by two male suspects. The pair then left the lot with the driver and the tractor-trailer.
The driver and his tractor were later found east of Ottawa in the area of Vaudreuil, Que. Police are still searching for the trailer.
The driver was uninjured in the incident.
