A large company will build a huge industrial facility in Trenton.
Quinte West city council has approved the sale of ten hectares of land for $300,000 to an unidentified numbered company.
Mayor John Williams says he can't say what the plant will produce, but it will be 48,000 square metres in size.
A large number of people will be employed at the facility, although the exact number can't be released, and Williams hopes construction will start soon.
