A doctor shortage is forcing the closure of CFB Trenton's family medical centre at the end of the week.
The medical centre, which opened two years ago, was responsible for providing care to military families in the area.
Officials with the centre say they had few patients and were unable to hire a full-time physician.
The medical centre is scheduled to close on Friday. Patients who wish to get a hold of their medical records can do so by signing a consent form.
