Police and emergency vehicles are responding to a report of a suspicious package at the Tom Brown Arena on Bayview Road.
Scott Street is closed westbound at Preston Avenue and Baywswater eastbound.
O-Train service is suspended during the investigation.
OC Transpo buses have been rerouted off the transitway near Scott Street causing traffic headaches in the downtown core
Ottawa Police plan to blow up the suspicious package soon.
