A tornado warning issued by Environment Canada for areas along the St Lawrence seaway has been lifted.
Meteorologists were tracking a line of severe thunderstorms this afternoon.
The storms are capable of producing large hail, damaging winds and heavy downpours as well as wind gusts to 100 km/h.
