PETERBOROUGH, Ont. -- Two people are in hospital in Toronto with life-threatening injuries following a triple stabbing early Tuesday in Peterborough, Ont.

Police say two men and a woman with stab wounds were taken to hospital in Peterborough after an incident (near 576 Water Street) just after midnight.

Two of the injured have since been flown to Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto.

Insp. Ted Boynton says three arrests have been made so far and police are looking for a fourth suspect.

Dylan Hamre, 22, is charged with two counts of attempted murder, while Marissa Peplinski, 24, and Stephen Thode, 31, each face charges of accessory after the fact to attempted murder.

Boynton says it's believed the stabbings are drug-related.
