Three people were arrested Tuesday after a fraud investigation into counterfeit currency led police to an Overbrook residence.

A search warrant allowed officers to seize a quantity of completed and partially-completed counterfeit Canadian bills ($20 and $50), computers, scanners and associated items, and a quantity of drugs.

Michael Green, 45, and Joseph O'Donnell, 43, were charged with dealing in counterfeit instruments, making/distributing a likeness of bank notes, making counterfeit money, possession of counterfeit money, and breach of recognizance.

Both men, along with 30-year-old Genevieve Cunningham, were also charged with drug-related offences.

The trio were scheduled to appear in court Wednesday morning.
