Third man charged in fatal Kingston stabbing
KINGSTON, Ont. -
A third person in eastern Ontario faces a murder charge in connection with a home invasion case.
James Richards, 31, was fatally stabbed in his apartment in north-end Kingston last October.
Police charged 40-year-old Bradford Scott with murder on Wednesday. Scott appeared in court Thursday.
Two other men were previously charged with murder in relation to Richards' death.
Police arrested and charged Charles Thomas and Philip Moore in February.
Two women and one man have also been charged with accessory after the fact.
