A 17-year-old male who stalked women at a south Ottawa park with a plan to rape them was sentenced to two years probation.
The youth stalked three different women at the popular Conroy Pit walking path, south of Hunt Club Road, last August.
The male was arrested carrying items such as duct tape, sex toys, condoms, a padlock and chains.
He pleaded guilty to sexual assault and wearing a disguise.
The judge found that while the teen planned to sexually assault the women, he never followed through with the attacks.
