A 15-year-old Ottawa girl has been charged with two bank robberies on June 10.
Two TD Canada Trust branches on Richmond and Montreal roads were robbed by a suspect passing notes demanding money. There were no reported injuries or weapons.
The girl was charged with two counts each of robbery, conspiracy, and wearing a disguise.
She will appear in court on Oct. 20.
Akwesasne teen charged with robbery, assault
Meanwhile, an 18-year-old Akwesasne man has been charged with robbing and beating two males with a lacrosse stick earlier this month.
Mitchell Skidders was arrested by Cornwall police on charges of robbery with a weapon, assault with a weapon, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose in relation to the Sept. 9 incident.
