An 18-year-old man is in custody facing charges of aggravated assault, among others, in relation to a stabbing at the Hazeldean Mall in Kanata Saturday night that sent a man in his mid-20s to hospital.
Cory Lacroix is charged with assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, possession of a dangerous weapon and two counts of failing to comply with undertaking.
The victim, whose name has not been named, had non-life threatening injuries after the incident, which took place in the west end of Ottawa.
