Ottawa Police say a suspect armed with a large knife has been taken into custody after a manhunt lasting several hours.
Police say the man fled after he was allegedly involved in an assault around 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
Ottawa Police with assistance from the OPP had been searching a large area around Dwyer Hill Road and Highway 7.
