Environment Canada's forecast calls for a high of 5 C on Friday and -8 C on Saturday, with overnight temperatures of -15 C tonight and -13 C on Saturday.

It will be mainly sunny today.
Clear tonight. Low -15 C, with the wind chill making it feel like -21 overnight.
Sunshine continuing on Saturday. High -8 C with a wind chill of -11 in the afternoon.
Sunday will be cloudy with a high of -4 C.
The outlook for Monday calls for cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of showers or flurries. High 1 C.
Tuesday will be cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of showers. High 3 C.
The normal temperatures for this time of year are a high of -3 C and a low of -11 C.
Thursday snowfall
Ottawa received a light dusting of snow during the afternoon commute on Thursday.
Environment Canada reported 1.4 cm of snow at the Ottawa Airport.
So far in December, 40.2 cm of snow has been recorded in Ottawa.
