Gatineau police have arrested a repeat sex offender less than 90 minutes after his prison release.
Luc Lucien Fournier, 51, was released from prison at around 10 a.m. on May 28. Gatineau police say they found the man shortly after in a prohibited area in the act of indecent exposure.
This is not the first time Fournier was arrested shortly after being freed. On May 22, 2013, Fournier was caught exposing himself to two teenaged girls near a school just after being released from prison.
Fournier is appearing in Quebec court facing charges of public nudity and breach of probation.
