A second man faces charges of first-degree murder in relation to the death of Allan Mott, whose body was discovered in a Kingston gully in February.

Ryan Joseph Matte, 35, was arrested on Friday at a Division Street residence. He will appear in court later today.

The arrest comes only one day after David Pereira Amorim, 30, was also charged with first-degree murder in relation to the 53-year-old's death. He will appear in court on Monday.

Mott's body was discovered in a gully on Station Road, near Highway 401, on Feb. 1. His cause of death has not been revealed, nor many details about why the police considered his passing suscipious.
