A search will resumed Saturday for a missing boater near Cornwall Island. Rescue crews have been looking for 39-year-old Erwin Ronald Gibson of Akwesasne, after his empty boat was found not far from a marina.
He was last seen in his vessel at the west end of Cornwall Island.
The OPP is reminding people to stay safe this holiday weekend. They'll be on patrol looking for speeders and other aggressive drivers. It's also a dangerous time for those who head out on the water without a life vest.
