Sylvie and Marc Fournier are living the sweet life in Wakefield Quebec. These childhood sweethearts and business graduates opened La Confiserie Wakefield or The Wakefield Confectionary in the village. Marc loves to create in the kitchen; using simple ingredients. House specialties include five peppercorn fudge and chocolate truffles as well as old fashioned sponge taffy.
