Alain Cleroux spends a lot of time in church. His renovation business specializes in restoring old churches, bringing new life to these spiritual and historic landmarks throughout Ontario. When he's not in church, you'll find Alain at home on 200 acres in Casselman, Ontario where he and his wife Manon, who is also his business partner, are creating an unforgettable experience for visitors. In springtime, the family taps maple trees on their land to produce maple syrup and other sweet treats; in summer and fall they grow apples. Alain has built a sugar shack on the property, where visitors can see how liquid gold is made. Using left over building materials and recycling cast off items from the old churches he works on, Alain has built a one of a kind store, where the Cleroux family will be selling the many maple and apple products they produce.
