The Graham family of Bristol, Quebec(near Shawville) owns and operates Coronation Hall Cider Mills. It's the Pontiac's first - and only - licensed winery, which produces an old-fashioned favourite called Bristol Light Cider. The Graham's also press and bottle non-alcoholic apple cider using fruit from the family's orchard. Numerous apple-based delicacies are featured in the Coronation Hall tea room and gift shop. The business is named in honour of a dance hall built on the property in 1936. Lovingly refurbished by the Grahams, it's become a community gathering place. Tastings, courses and tours are available by appointment.
