TORONTO - It was three strikes and out for Tory MPP Randy Hillier in the legislature after accusing the Liberals of lying.

Three times during a debate over the sale of Ontario fruit wine at farmers' markets, he accused cabinet ministers of dishonesty.

That was enough for Speaker Steve Peters to order the PC leadership hopeful to leave the chamber.

As for the wine, Agriculture Minister Leona Dombrowsky said she's willing to try out market sales as a pilot project.
