Canadian singer, Grammy Award winner, and the best-selling female country artist of all time Shania Twain will be coming to TD Place this November, to play the halftime show at the Grey Cup.

“It’s an absolute honour to return to the Grey Cup stage in the nation’s capital during Canada’s 150th birthday,” Twain said in a statement on the CFL's website. “I’m thrilled to be coming home and being a part of the country’s biggest annual party.”

Twain last played the Grey Cup in Edmonton in 2002, following the release of her album UP!

This year's performance will follow the September release of her latest album, titled Now.

Ottawa hosts the 105th Grey Cup on November 26th.
