Posters are splattered across Barrhaven Wednesday warning residents of a sex offender living in the community.
Robert Randall, who often goes by the name "Bob," pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault and another count of sexual exploitation involving a five-year-old girl.
Randall was sentenced to 90 days in jail and will serve his jail time on weekends only.
