Ottawa Police are now searching for a second suspect in a south end bank robbery.

On March 11, police say a man entered a bank in the 2400 block of Bank Street near Hunt Club Road. He produced a note and fled with an undisclosed amount of money. Police believe he took off toward the area of Bridle Path Drive. No one was injured.

Police now say a second suspect entered the bank at the same time as the first man and stood waiting at the front of the bank while the robbery was carried out. The pair were seen fleeing together.

The first suspect is described as Caucasian male, about 5'8" and between 18 and 20 years old. He weighs about 150 pounds with a thin build, brown eyes and brown hair with short bangs. He had visible acne marks and spoke with a soft voice. He was wearing a black hooded shirt with a white shirt underneath, jeans and tan boots.

The second suspect is a black male, approximately 18-20 years old. He also has a thin build with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark coat, light jeans and white sneakers.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Robbery Unit or Crime Stoppers.
