Gatineau police say a man who is wanted in connection with the murder of a Quebec City woman may be in our region.
Sylvie Bergeron, 49, was found dead in her Quebec City apartment in November.
Police say she was spotted leaving a bar with a man the night she was murdered. He's believed to be the last person to have seen her alive, and police say he may be an important witness.
Police believe the man may be in this region and people here might have information about him and his whereabouts.
The male is described as a slim black man who is about five feet seven inches tall and between 20 and 30 years old. He had no facial hair and spoke French without an accent.
