In separate incidents, two North Grenville boys were invited by an unknown man to get into a car, police say. They're now on the lookout for a suspect – or suspects – based on two composite images released to media.

A 15-year-old was walking on Reuben Crescent in Kemptville on Jan. 17 when, he said, a man slowed his car beside him and asked if the boy wanted a lift. The teen refused and the man left.

For that incident, the man was described as having white hair, being clean-shaven and driving a silver mini-van.

On Jan. 28, a 12-year-old boy walking home from Kemptville Public School when a man in a white minivan approached him on Prescott Street.

In that case, the boy said, the man told him his mother had told him to pick him up. The boy refused to get in, at which point the van left southbound on Prescott Street.

The suspect in that incident is described as in his 50s or 60s, with a receding white hairline. He wore sunglasses and a black winter coat, driving a white minivan.
