Ottawa Police are investigating a report of an indecent act on a west-end trail.
Police say that on Monday, August 31st, 2015, between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm, a 14-year-old girl was walking down a trail in the area of Timm Drive and Haanel Drive when a nearby man started masturbating. The ran away, and police say she was followed for a short distance until a third party intervened.
The suspect is described as a white male, in his 30’s, 5’6” (152 cm), brown hair. He was wearing a gray t-shirt with writing on the front, dark coloured shorts and dark sneakers.
