Ottawa police have two men in custody following a stabbing at Carleton University Thursday September 18, 2014.
Police say the two men got into a fight just before 11:30am on the O-Train at Carleton. Both men ended up with stab wounds. One of the men tried to escape the scene, running into the University's main hub called the University Centre. Police had cordoned off a trail of blood through the building. Both men were arrested and treated on scene for minor stab wounds.
The Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs unit is now investigating. It's believed the two men are known to each other and police.
O-train service was temporarily suspended while police officers conducted their investigation. It has since resumed service.
