Ottawa Police are investigating a shooting in the city’s west end that is believed to have happened during a party at a home on Richardson Side Road near Oak Creek Road.
Police were called to the home in the 2000 block of Richardson Side Rd. around 3:45 p.m. Sunday about a disturbance. Police believe a single gunshot had been fired inside the residence within the last 24 hours.
No one was injured.
Police say seven people were arrested leaving the home but no charges were laid.
