Ottawa police are investigating two separate shootings that took place in the city early Friday morning.
The first shooting took place at 2:17 a.m. near York Street in the Byward Market when one shot was fired and three men were seen fleeing the area.
The second incident happened about two hours later near Cedarwood Drive and Walkley Road.
Two shots were heard and three men were seen driving away from the area in a silver car.
When police arrived on scene, they discovered a minivan in the 2800 Block of Cedarwood Dr. that had bullet holes in its windows.
No one was injured in either shooting.
