Ottawa police say a 19 year old man was assaulted and robbed while walking through the park area at Bank St and Powell Ave. The alleged attack happened around 1:30 this morning. Police are looking for two male suspects.
One suspect is described as a black male, 20-26yrs old, short black curly hair, average build, heavy acne on his face, wearing dark blue jeans, black leather jacket and white shirt.
The second suspect is described as a black male, 20-26 yrs old, short curly back black hair, wearing a black gloves, brown baggy hoody, dark blue jeans and shiny black dress shoes.
Both suspects were last seen fleeing west through the park towards Lyon Street South. The suspects escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.
