Ontario provincial police have identified a 37-year-old woman who was killed by a truck in a small community near Trenton while she waited for her children to board a school bus.
Police say Robin Lafee was standing at the end of the road at Bayview Drive and Highway 2 in Bayside, Ont. when she was struck by a pickup truck at about 7:50 a.m. on Tuesday.
Lafee was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck was driven by a 46-year-old man from Trenton. So far, no charges have been laid.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
