KINGSTON, Ont. -- Provincial police have identified a man who was struck and killed while crossing Highway 401 in Kingston, Ont., on Friday.
Police say 37-year-old William Runham of Belleville, Ont., was hit around 7 p.m.
They say Runham's car had struck the centre concrete median and he left the vehicle to try to cross the westbound lanes.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
