Police say no threat was found when a French Catholic high school in Ottawa's west end was put under lockdown after a gun call Thursday afternoon.
A tactical unit responded to Franco-Ouest high school on Seyton Drive in Bells Corners at about 2:15 p.m. The lockdown was lifted about an hour later.
Police say there was never a weapon in the school. Nobody was injured and students were released without incident.
