PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - A Peterborough man has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a stabbing in the city .
Police say a 21-year-old man was involved in a fight early Saturday morning (at Lansdowne and Lock Streets), suffered a stab wound and was taken to hospital.
Police say 21-year-old Derek Kley has been charged with attempted murder, and 20-year-old Annissa McKay was charged with assault with a weapon.
The man who was stabbed remains in hospital in serious condition.
