A 72-year-old Peterborough man was charged Thursday in a decades-old sexual assault.
Joseph Ross is accused of assaulting a woman who assisted with chores on his farm when she was nine to 12 years old.
She is now 41.
Ross has been charged with indecent assault and is scheduled to appear in a Peterborough courtroom on Feb. 17.
