A 28-year-old Pembroke man has been charged with first degree murder.
Ontario Provincial Police in the Upper Ottawa Valley said 39-year-old Peter Bladeau and another 19-year-old man were found with stab wounds early Thursday morning.
Paramedics transported both men from the apartment complex to the hospital. Bladeau was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Garry Decker faces murder and attempted murder charges.
He appeared in court on Friday.
