Paramedics say a 20-year-old male pedestrian was transported to the Ottawa hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was struck by a vehicle in Kanata on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014.
The incident occured on Eagleson Rd., just south of Stonehaven Dr., shortly before 10:00 p.m.
Eagleson Rd. southbound was closed off while police conducted their investigation. All lanes have since been reopened.
