Arbour is a technical project manager with Nortel, working in wireless technology. He is a member and former director of the Orpheus Musical Theatre Society.
The Kanata resident was born in Espanola and studied computer programming at Canadore College in North Bay. He also has a small business to help clients with computer technology.
Arbour and his wife Kathleen have an infant son, Joseph. They are active members of the Holy Redeemer Parish.
