Lincoln Heights Park
The 39-year-old mother of two was found near a bicycle path in Ottawa's west end. Kosmack was seeking help for a drug addiction.
Police found brown-framed Foster Grant reading glasses near the park that likely belong to someone over 40. They are seeking the person who wore the glasses.
