An Ottawa woman is facing allegations of involvement in an elaborate national credit card scam.
Edmonton police said they’ve arrested 21-year-old Meriem Karachira of Ottawa, charging her with fraud over $5,000, possession of a stolen credit card and possession of a forged document.
She’s accused of robbing a number of stores out of almost $1 million along with at least one other person, who is also under arrest.
