An Ottawa Valley priest who is accused of sexual assaulting teenaged boys is facing several more charges.
Father Robert Borne, 60, was initially charged with six offences that allegedly occurred between 1977 and 1995 in relation to three victims.
The initial investigation was launched when police received a complaint in January 2008 that a boy who had visited Borne was allegedly sexually assaulted. Others have since come forward.
After further investigation, more charges were laid against the Pembroke native on Tuesday.
Borne is now facing additional charges of gross indecency, indecent assault and breach of trust in relation to two victims.
Police say their investigation continues.
